2. User Assumptions
By using the MyStamp app, you confirm that:
You are at least 13 years old.
You have the legal authority to enter into agreements.
The information provided by you, including email address, is accurate and up-to-date.
You have installed the app and accepted these Terms.
You will create and maintain a secure password and keep it confidential.
You use the app at your own discretion and risk.

3. User Conduct and Account Management
Access and Restrictions:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the MyStamp app for users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate behavior. This decision is at our discretion and without liability for any losses incurred by you.
Provider Promotions:
Providers are solely responsible for the content, terms, and conditions of their promotions. MyStamp is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from transactions between you and the providers.
Stamp Collection and Redemption:
Stamps are collected by scanning a unique QR code at the provider's location.
Stamps can only be redeemed at the specific provider offering the promotion and are not exchangeable for cash.
Expiration and Changes:
Stamps have no cash value and may expire. Providers may change or end promotions at any time, with a 30-day grace period for stamp redemption after the announcement of such changes.
Rights and Limitations:
Providers may refuse to honor stamps or prevent further collection at their discretion. MyStamp is not responsible for such actions.
